The 5450/475-5450B is a 1.25" thick 5-lug wheel spacer adapter. It mounts to vehicles with a 5x4.5" (5x114.3mm) or 5x4.75" (5x120.65mm) hub bolt pattern and accepts wheels with a 5x4.5" (5x114.3mm) bolt pattern, pushing the wheel outward 1.25" for added clearance or a wider stance.
